At Karya Furnindo, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided.
All custom-made furniture and interior projects are non-refundable once production has started.
Design approvals confirmed by the client are considered final.
Refunds for standard (non-custom) products may be requested within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Refunds will not be granted if:
The product has been used, damaged, or altered
The issue is caused by improper use or installation
The request is made beyond the stated refund period
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation.
